How to make a Return?


Have you placed an order from our site that you, for some reason, wish to return? No worries, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

You will not find a shipping label for returns inside your parcel. This is because we wish to save paper and the environment. 

Therefore, if you wish to return a product you need to contact our Customer Support and let us know. Send an email marked “Return” to and let us know your order number and reason for the return. Do not return a product without contacting us first.

We will send you a return shipping label by email, either from UPS or DHL depending on your location. Here are some examples or the shipping companies and return shipping costs:

Sweden: DHL, free returns

Denmark: 55 DKK

Norway: 210 NKK

Germany: DHL, cost 7-10€ depending on weight.

UK: UPS, cost £16.

Europe: DHL, cost between 12-15€  

If you are based outside the EU, you will also receive commercial invoices for customs. These need to be signed by you, but no further information is required – the papers will be prepared. These should be available for the courier– do not enclose them inside the parcel.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. The return cost is usually 7-15€ depending on the weight and location, or 16 GBP, as you can see above. Soon as the order is returned to us and we have received it, we'll issue the refund and deduct the return shipping cost from the product value. So, this amount you will not be refunded.

Please note that it is important to enclose your order number in the package before sending it back, since without this we cannot refund you any money. *This is not needed in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Austria, France, Belgium, Ireland,  Netherlands, Spain or Germany, as the order number is added to the return shipping label.

When you make a return, the product must be in its original package and still in the same new condition as it was when the item was received.

We do not want customers to send back products on one’s own. This is because we create the correct shipping labels to the correct address. Also, if we create the shipping label, we have all the right tools to be able to track the shipment in case anything would happen. This is also a way for us to control any additional cost that might occur in customs. If you send the parcel by yourself, please be aware that you will have to cover all the costs necessary for the order to be delivered to us successfully.

If you send a product back to us on your own initiative, it might end up at a different address or access point, and we will not be able to collect it. We do not issue refunds before we receive the products back. To minimize eventual outcome of delays and such, we always recommend contacting us before arranging a return on your own and we will help you.
