Even though we make meticulous controls of our products, it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact our customer support and we will help you.
Steamery voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website, the concept store and popups. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law. For further information about consumer law, please contact the local consumer organization.
We handle every case individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, or material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don’t have the right to make a claim.
To make a valid claim we need proof of the faultiness and a receipt/order number (STEAM-XXXXX). Send us an e-mail where you shortly describe the damage and how it occurred. It's also great if you take images and/or record a short video clip showing the damage/problem. If you purchased your Steamery product through a reseller it is through them you need to make a claim since the warranty of a products is always valid at the place where the product is bought.
